Rick Heltne, Partner

How does your personal mission serve SIMA Partners clients?

Rick finds great joy in navigating transitions with organizations and individuals. When a significant fit to a role occurs as a result, then both the person and the organization are able to thrive in ways that bring a higher level of mission fulfillment. Developing a sense of partnership with clients is also a motivating factor in Rick’s work.
