I have a passion for working with businesses and executives in both public and private companies.  While a good business plan is important, having the right team in place to execute the plan is imperative.  As a CEO over the past 30 years, I want to assist companies to find the best possible candidate for their executive team to grow revenue and profitability, which ensures creating shareholder value. 

Experience

Gregg Lehman is a nationally recognized leader in population health management and has more than 28 years of experience in healthcare and employer cost reduction services.  Lehman is a seasoned CEO of both PE-owned and public companies, with annual revenues ranging from $35M to >$100M.

Lehman is currently serving on the board of InfuSystem (NYSE: INFU). He has held positions of Chairman, Vice Chairman, Executive Chairman, member of the Audit Committee, Chairman of the Compensation Committee, and Nominating and Governance Committee.

Lehman has served as CEO of EB Employee Solutions, LLC, a company that provides a fully integrated employer portal that includes health benefit cost reduction strategies and a “high-tech, smart touch” wellness program. Additionally, he was previously president and CEO of MGC Diagnostics Corporation, a leader in cardio-respiratory diagnostics, from July 2011 until May 2014, and served as president and CEO of Health Fitness Corporation, a population health management company, from 2007 through 2010.

Prior to that, Lehman held numerous senior-level executive and governance positions in the medical and higher education; including president and CEO of INSPIRIS, Inc., a Nashville-based specialty care medical management company; of Gordian Health Solutions, Inc., a population health management company; and of the National Business Coalition on Health in Washington, D.C. He also served as president of Taylor University in Indiana.

Lehman has also worked in Washington DC with the Health Care Purchasing Institute through Academy Health, the eHealth Initiative, the National Quality Forum, the National Patient Safety Foundation, and other purchasing/quality organizations that promote value-based purchasing and market-based reform.

Giving Back

  • Gregg enjoys "paying forward" by coaching and mentoring young executives.  He uses a "Socratic" approach where each question requires an answer that is more than just "yes or no." 

  • He also is a gifted public speaker discussing the evolution of leadership during uncertain or chaotic times. 

  • Gregg also enjoys serving on both for-profit and non-profit boards, where he assists management develop and execute on their strategies.

  • Doctorate and a Master of Science in higher education administration, with a minor in finance and economics from Purdue University.

  • Bachelor of Science in business management and marketing from Indiana University.

 

Fun/Hobbies

  • Spending time with family (especially grandkids!). Cycling, gardening, landscape design, reading, and traveling to new and exciting places.  Participating in and supporting non-profit ministries.

 

Personal

Gregg and his wife, Robyn, reside in Franklin, Tennessee, and have two sons, two daughter-in-laws and four grandchildren.
