How does your personal mission serve SIMA Partners clients?

It is my passion to help my clients discover, understand and make the most of their natural strengths, motivations and areas of passion and purpose.  I enjoy helping them integrate this “natural wiring” with their values, belief systems and work/life role. I love helping individuals, teams and organizations become as effective as they can be by ensuring leaders are tapping into their natural areas of motivation, passion and strengths. When individuals and organizations can make job-fit decisions based on matching what is needed in a role, and what an individual naturally loves to do, everyone wins!

 

 

 

 

 

Experience

Suz’s areas of expertise include over 30 years of deep knowledge and skill in utilizing the SIMA® system. SIMA® ( The System for Identifying Motivated Abilities) is a proprietary intellectual product that specializes in describing unique individual motivation. Understanding this motivation in turn brings insight to both individuals and organizations in decision making for meaningful engagement, job fit, and fueling high performance.

 

She utilizes this knowledge and skill in multiple arenas. She provides assessments in executive search, and delivers engagements in leadership

development, team development, and individual executive coaching. She has served a diverse range of clients; working with churches, non-profits, and faith-based organizations along with executives and professionals in healthcare, financial services, education ad professional services.

 

She worked over 12 years as adjunct faculty at Bethel University in the Masters of Organizational Leadership Program. She also spent over ten years in the corporate sector designing and facilitating a national executive training program.

• She is a member of Hosanna Church, where she has been involved in several ministries and special projects. She has previous board and leadership experience in various ministries and churches in the Twin Cities

Personal

• Suz and her husband Bud have lived in the Twin Cities for over 40 years. They have two adult daughters, two amazing son-in-law's and four perfect

       grandchildren.
